Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. On Sheet 2; include street names (D3-1) with the proposed Stop sign. 3. On Sheet 2: revise the hatch that blacks out a portion of the drawing. 4. Revise the following General Notes on Sheet 1: Note 36: Fix typo on second line '48 HOURSPRIOR' should be '48 HOURS PRIOR' Note 46: Should refer to 2003 edition of the MUTCD and not the 2002 Omit notes 50 (same as 36) and omit 52 (same as 37) Add the following note 'ALL NON-SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION STREET NAMES MUST HAVE E-W BLOCK NUMBER ADDRESSES FOR E-W ROADWAYS AND N-S BLOCK NUMBER ADDRESSES FOR N-S ROADWAYS.'
