Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA Plan; therefore a revised Plan is required for resubmittal.

See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes.

1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed.

2. On Sheet 2; include street names (D3-1) with the proposed Stop sign.

3. On Sheet 2: revise the hatch that blacks out a portion of the drawing.

4. Revise the following General Notes on Sheet 1:

Note 36: Fix typo on second line '48 HOURSPRIOR' should be '48 HOURS PRIOR'

Note 46: Should refer to 2003 edition of the MUTCD and not the 2002

Omit notes 50 (same as 36) and omit 52 (same as 37)

Add the following note

'ALL NON-SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION STREET NAMES MUST HAVE E-W BLOCK NUMBER ADDRESSES FOR E-W ROADWAYS AND N-S BLOCK NUMBER ADDRESSES FOR N-S ROADWAYS.'

1. Previous landscape comments have not been addressed.
2. Sheet 1 - Please provide a Streets and Traffic Maintenance Signature Block.
3. Sheet 2 - There appears to be a street light in the middle of the private drive. What will be happening there?
4. Sheet 2 - A good sized portion of the plan at the driveway is completely colored and unreadable. Please clean this up so that we can see what is proposed in this area.

1. Previous comment No.2 not addressed, incorrect title blocks used for cover and subsequent sheets used in the plan set, revise. The correct PIA title blocks attached to redlines.
2. Previous comment No.3 not addressed. Provide the development's Book and Page on the plan sheet.
3. Sheet 1 of 2: Remove redundant General Note 29.
4. Previous comment No. 12 not addressed. The detailed provided is not acceptable. Fully detail ramp one these plans, COT typical type details provided for your information.
5. Sheet 2 of 2: Indicate in stations and offsets beginning and ending curb returns.
6. Sheet 2 of 2: Clean-up plan view to eliminate thick black line obstructing view of existing and proposed infrastructure.
7. Sheet 2 of 2: The plans should indicate existing Utility Pole (in driveway) must be relocated and also indicate who will relocate pole.
8. Sheet 2 of 2: Will new fire hydrant encroach onto existing sidewalk and ramp.
9. Will a separate public sewer plan be submitted for the new public sewer in the r/w?
