1. Sheet 2 of 2: Title block is not correct, revise accordingly.
2. Sheet 2 of 2: Per previous comment a 10' minimum easement (including the pipe) must be provided on each side of the pipe. The easement width appears correct, along the majority of the pipe, but does appear correct at the extreme ends, please check.
3. Sheet 2 of 2: Is TEP "OK" with the proposed storm drainpipe easement encroaching into to their existing transformer/transformer easement? Transformer (and associated easement)
4. Sheet 2 of 2: Is it ok for the proposed building footprint to encroach onto the proposed storm drainpipe?
