The following comments, at a minimum, must be addressed in the next submittal.

1. Sheet 1 of 2: Provide the notes as attached on this sheet. Notes provided but Storm Drain notes must be modified. Change Not 5. To read as note 25 (under grading notes) and note 6 with note 29 (under grading notes).
2. Sheet 2 of 2: Detail proposed storm drain junction structures in this plan set. This comment has not been addressed. Detail Storm drain junction structures on the plan sheet.
3. Sheet 2 of 2: Storm Drain easement, provide recordation for new storm drain easement.
4. Does the proposed storm drain modifications convey the design flow as under existing conditions? Was the proposed storm drain hydraulic grade line considered in design the proposed storm drain modifications? This comment has not been addressed. Provide a HGL analysis demonstrating that the proposed modifications (the calcs must take into account both minor and junction structures head loss) will not result in upstream issues (will not increase the HGL at most upstream end of the storm drain system).
5. Provide the DSD floodplain Use Permit Number (note 28) for the proposed drainage modifications.

1. Sheet 2 - Storm drain manhole # 4 is labeled # 3.

Landscaping
1. The City does have irrigation lines along the north and west shoulders. Work around these lines needs to be corrdinated with Paul Rosenboom at 791-3154, exct 234.
