1. Sheet 1 of 24: Add recordation information (Book and Page).
2. Sheet 2 of 24: Provide Floodplain Use Permit number on the plan.
3. Sheet 3 of 24: Detail C, add "No Parking" to the PDA note.
4. Sheet 3 of 24: Detail D, add "No Parking", and "4'- Sidewalk".
5. Sheet 4 of 24: Detail I, Call out 6' transition (instead of 3') for scupper.
6. Sheet 4 of 24: Detail I, Call out smooth steel painted bars not rebar.
