4. Misc. Sheets - There are several scuppers that drain into common areas. Who will be responcible for the maintenance of the common areas. If it is the City, access will be needed for maintenance purposes.
5. Sheet 12 of 23 - Station 228+00 - Numbers are overlapped and unreadable.
6. Sheet 20 of 23 - Culvert 1, Culvert 2 - The City will need access to provide maintenance for the channel and the new box culverts.
