Sheet 2 of 12: Provide the Floodplain Use Permit number. Note, this permit should cover all floodplains, including related drainage infrastructure in the r/w. 2. Sheet 3 of 12: Detail B, Add "NO PARKING" in the PAD description. 3. Sheet 3 of 12: Detail C, Add "NO PARKING" and "4'-SIDEWALK" in the PAD description. 4. Sheet 4 of 12: Detail C, provide rectangular concrete transition. 5. Sheet 4 of 12: Detail C, no gutter depression in pavement section, this includes the bike lane. Please revise. 6. Sheet 4 of 12: Detail B, is proposed catch basin behind curb line? Will this type of design convey drainage on a continuous grade? 7. Sheet 6 of 12: The plans must refer to paving plans (I-2006-####) not plan review tracking numbers (T06PI-####), please revise accordingly. 8. General Comment: Given that this project (La Estancia) contains phases that depend on other phases, add the following note (or something similar): PIA Paving Plan I-200#-####, I-200#-####,..etc., as applicable must be installed and accepted prior to the construction of these improvements. 9. Sheet 7 of 12: Please indicate the appropriate paving plan numbers, not pia tracking numbers, for those items to be built on other plans (Typical). 10. Sheet 8 of 12: Plan indicates an existing RCP? And with less than 12" of cover? Please indicate the PIA Paving Plan number for the RCP to be built and make sure the pipe (and all other pipes) have adequate cover, the pipe crown must be below the pavement section. 11. Previous comment 20. Please note, A CLOMR must be obtained for FEMA floodplains prior to construction in FEMA floodplain. Revise plans accordingly. |
