Resubmittal Required: Traffic Engineering does not recommend approval of the PIA; therefore a revised PIA is required for resubmittal.

The following items must be revised or added to the plan.

1. Sheet 1 of 1, Reference Site Plan: Is the street name Desert View Ave or is it Desert Manor Ave (see sheets 3, 4 and 6)?

2. Sheet 2 of 7: New pavement being added at Medina Road. Indicate existing STOP sign. Indicate relocation of existing stop sign.

3. Sheet 3 if 7: Remove STOP sign at Manor View Court and Manor View Road.

4. Sheet 3 if 7: Remove EB STOP sign at Manor View Road and Desert Manor Ave (or is Desert View Ave? see first comment).

5. Sheet 3 if 7: Remove SB STOP sign at SB Desert Manor Ave (or is Desert View Ave? see first comment) and Manor View Road.

6. Sheet 4 of 7: Clarify the name of the street (see first comment).

Show the detail that includes the "BEGIN" and "END" for use on cul-de-sacs. Include this detail on Sheet 7 of 7. Refer to this detail in the Key Note 24.

12. Sheet 4 of 7: Show parking prohibition beginning at the beginning of the cul de sac (use sign referred to in the standard detail). Show parking prohibition sign at top of cul de sac (possibly where No Outlet is currently shown). Show parking prohibition end at the end of the cul de sac. Signing should conform to detail to be shown on sheet 7 of 7. See pdf of detail for these signs attached to 2nd submittal review set.

13. Sheet 4 of 7, Key Note 25. Remove Reference to No Outlet Sign. The SPR7-02G sited in this key note refers to a parking supplemental placard. The cul-de-sacs in this plan set are not so long as to require a No Outlet. No Outlets can be added to the street name signs, if necessary.

14. Sheet 5 of 7: Remove stop sign at SB Manor View Court and Manor View Road. Have Parking prohibition signs conform to the detail, as discussed for Sheet 4 of 7.

15. Sheet 5 of 7, Key Note 24: Remove reference to R7-127. Replace with reference to detail on sheet 7 of 7.

16. Sheet 5 of 7, Key Note 25: Remove reference to No Outlet sign. If necessary, No Outlet may be added to street name signs.

17. Sheet 6 of 7: Show relocation of Stop Sign at Medina and 6th Avenue.

18. Sheet 6 of 7: Remove Stop sign at SB Desert View/Manor and Medina Road.
