The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Indicate book and page on cover sheet. Plat must be recorded before submittal of mylars for final review and approval. 2. Provide all recordation information for all easements. 3. Place the plan number "I-2006-017" in title blocks. 4. The approved tentative plat phasing does not correlate with proposed paving plan phasing. Phasing of paving plans (subdivisions) must correlate with approved tentative plat. 5. If a flood plain use permit was issued for this project please note FUP# in general notes. "Floodplain Use Permit No._______, has been issued by Development Services Department for work impacting City and/or FEMA Floodplains." 6. Callout ECR and BCR in plan views. 7. Callout all proposed signs in plan view. Not all signs are shown. 8. Indicate asphaltic concrete mix for the proposed roadways 9. Callout the all radius for all curb returns. 10. Provide line and curve data for all proposed roadways. 11. Provide a detail for each type of proposed curb access ramp. Additionally, indicate the use of truncated domes as the detectable warning device. 12. Remove stormwater pollution prevention information from plan views. 13. Provide all construction and structural details for the proposed Con-Arch structure on Drexel Road. 14. Label and reference storm sewer structures. 15. Provide sidewalk scuppers at all drainage crossings along the 12' wide asphalt pedestrian path. 16. Indicate the surface treatment for the openings in the median island at Sta. ±21+00, 20' RT and ±29+00, 20' RT (Drexel Road). 17. Sheet 3 an 5: Indicate the proposed construction details for the eastern and western ends of Drexel Road (new to existing pavement sections). 18. Sheet 3: Label sidewalk scupper at Sta. 18+63, LT. Drexel Road. 19. Sheet 9: Provide details for the parking area at Nightbloom Way and Drexel Road, see redlines. 20. Sheet 11, Detail "A" and "B": Provide pavement structure details for roadway and pedestrian pathway, indicate slope of pathway, and indicate the application of a thickened edge for the pathway. Additionally, provide a thickened edge detail. 21. Sheet 12: Provide all structural details for the proposed catch basins. 22. Sheet 12, Detail "J": Scupper must be extended to accommodate the sidewalk on both sides. 23. Sheet 12, Detail "J": Indicate the application of angle iron anchored to structural steel on both ends of the scupper. 24. This plan requires stop signs, no parking signs in cul-de-sacs, no outlet signs for cul-de-sacs, speed limit signs and other signs as may be appropriate. Resubmit with sign locations and appropriate MUTCD designations and the required signing notes from the PC/COT Signing Manual. There are signage keynotes provided on sheet 2 but there aren't any signs located on the interior sheets. D.
