The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. The previous comment regarding "NO LEFT TURN" signs from Diahn Swartz's comment letter dated July 24, 2006 was not correctly addressed. The "NO LEFT TURN" sign should be rotated 90 degrees to face southbound motorists on First Avenue to convey that left turns are not permitted at this driveway. 2. A second "NO LEFT TURN" sign (R3-2) shall be placed on the back side of the "DO NOT ENTER" sign positioned to face exiting westbound motorist leaving the proposed development, and forcing these motorists to make a right turn heading them in the northbound direction. 3. For consistency provide "STOPS SIGNS" (R1-1) & R3-5r & R3-5f at the other two driveways exiting the site onto First Avenue.
