2. Private irrigation lines can not cross under public roadways. You need to set up separate meters.
3. The bullnose areas are planted with too large of plant species. Either use smaller plant species or use colored concrete. This is a safety issue for maintenance workers.

2. Sheets 6 - 18 - New Access ramps need to call out detail H/4 or E/4 as appropriate.
