1. Previous comment 1 "1. Sheet 1 of 4: Provide the Book and Page under the Title" not addressed. Provide the recordation information for the new subdivision not for the existing subdivision.
2. Previous comment 2 addressed.
3. Previous comment 3 "3. Will the sewer be installed before the right-of-way Improvements? If so then prepare a separate sewer plan for Pima County Waste Water and DOT review." Not addressed. A separate plan was provided, however the sewer plan review is not part of the PIA process and must be submitted separately. The sewer plan must be submitted to DOT and Pima county directly.

1. The no parking sign at lot 12 needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

2. Add an additional no parking sign at a midpoint in the cul-de-sac as was indicated on the 1st submittal redlines.

3. Add "Begin" and "End" placards as appropriate to the no parking signs as was indicated on the 1st submittal redlines.
