Sheet 1 of 4: Remove the additional signature line for COTDOT. 3. Sheet 1 of 4: Will the sewer be installed before the right-of-way improvements? If so then prepare a separate sewer plan for Pima County Waste Water and DOT review. 4. Sheet 1 of 4: Remove the applicant information, not needed. 5. Sheet 1 of 4: Remove the " RECORDED SUBDIVISIONS WITH M&P BK/PG:" information, this information is not needed. 6. Sheet 1 of 4: Place the project administrative address on the plan. 7. Sheet 1 of 4: Revise Title Block approvals. 8. Sheet 2 of 4: Place profile below plan view per City Engineering Standards. 9. Sheet 2 of 4: Plan view indicates a detail A/C4 but the plans do not have a sheet C4? Please revise accordingly. 10. Sheet 2 of 4: Provide additional handicap ramps at about station 11+00. 11. Sheet 2 of 4: Provide corner type of ramp at roadway entrance. 12. Detail each type of ramp to be used in project, include truncated domes. 13. Sheet 3 of 4: Provide Plan and Profile on one sheet, see comment 8 above. 14. Sheet 3 of 4: General Paving Notes: Add the following notes: · Signage and striping should be coordinated with Traffic Engineering and installed at no expense tot he public. Call Traffic Engineering at 791-4259 prior to installation or removal of striping and signage. · All Drainage infrastructures, indicated on the plans, are in accordance to the approved Drainage Report as approved by Development Services Department. 15. Sheet 3 of 4: Remove note 13. 16. Sheet 4 of 4: Provide details for proposed scupper, include invert elevations, top of scupper elevation, and stationing. 17. Sheet 4 of 4: Detail proposed driveway (Detention/Retention Basin access) per COT Standards. 18. The plans indicate scuppers but the approved drainage report does not provide any supporting calculations? Please revise and resubmit to DSD for review and approval, in accordance to City Development Standards. 19. The plans indicate a typical type of roadway crown section with wedge curbing, however the drainage report does not include the supporting drainage calculations?
