Per DS 2-02.2.1.12, Is the new concrete pad going to poured in FLUSH with an existing concrete pad at the ENTRY of the restaurant? - address what kind of pedestrian transition will be involved - slope or flush smooth? 3. The following conditions shall be met at final inspection prior to final inspection approval. CONDITIONS: 1) Assure all parking spaces are minimum 18-ft long. 2) Arrows shall be painted at entrance and exit locations to clarify one-way access lanes. Any necessary signage will also be required. 3) Truncated domes are required on sidewalk where the sidewalk is adjacent to the pavement. 4) Minimum 10-ft of clearance is required between bollards for solid waste pick-up area.
