1. Show that the lot split recorded last year has been approved by the City of Tucson. Lots within a floodplain cannot be divided without an area on each created parcel that is free from flooding. Provide survey information indicating the existing grades on the subject parcel. Based on a study completed by JE Fuller on 5-23-06 the water surface elevation for the parcel is 2419.7 ft NAVD 1988.
2. Revise the construction plans to show the grades adjacent to the proposed structure and to indicate that the lowest floor elevation (including any garage floors) will be at least one foot above the water surface elevation.
3. Provide revised building elevations for the zoning reviewers to confirm that setbacks are met on the parcel.
