Areas with a 100-year discharge of 100 cfs or more are designated as a City of Tucson Regulatory Flood Hazard Area. The City of Tucson Floodplain Ordinance requires all structures located within a designated flood hazard area (FEMA or COT) is required to elevate one foot above the 100-year water surface elevation (WSE). Provide a floodplain analysis for the existing and future floodplain conditions for the proposed development. In the analysis provide the WSE for the 100 year event, the FFE and the datum. Refer to the Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management 2.3.1.4., for additional report format, content and requirements. Fourth request. |
