The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson property described as (legal description): AGUIRRE LOTS 1, 2, 3 (EXCEPT FREEWAY), 14 (EXCEPT FREEWAY), 15 and 16

1. This permit is for the purpose of construction of a new 6-foot wrought iron fence within a mapped Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), Zone AE, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Community Panel No. 040076-04019C-2226K, effective date February 8, 1999.

2. Any surface improvement must be at grade to avoid affecting drainage.

3. No continuous block walls are allowed with this permit, however block wall pillars may be used at intervals.

4. Where possible, elevate the lowest horizontal member of the wrought iron fence above grade to allow unimpeded flow of water and to prevent debris dams from forming.

5. Any additional improvements will require a separate Floodplain Use Permit prior to construction.
