Drexel Road PROPERTY OWNER'S NAME: Lawyers Title of Arizona The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the flood hazard area in the City of Tucson on the property described as (legal description): CIVANO: Master Block Plat, Easterly portion of Block 79, parcel number 141-01-111G for the purpose of constructing and installing the following; approximately 700 LF of bank protection, (2) separate 36" RCP's with associated splash pads and two con-arch structures (12'x4') with wing walls under the extension of Drexel Road all for the purpose of constructing a residential subdivision to be recorded in the future as Sierra Morado Unit No. 2, lots 228 through 806. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and are particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit. The following conditions shall apply to this permit. (Or refer to Chapter 26 page 35) 1. All work shall conform to the approved improvement plans and to the attached approved grading plans (to be kept on-site at all times) which are made part of this permit. 2. All work shall be performed so that the amount disturbance to the floodplain and 50' Erosion Hazard Setback will be minimal. 3. All work shall adhere to the W.A.S.H. wash ordinance as described in Chapter 29-12 of the City of Tucson code. 4. All work shall adhere to the approved W.A.S.H. mitigation plan. Coordinate/Contact City of Tucson Landscaping at 791-5550 x1118, Joe Lindville, for specifics of landscape and W.A.S.H mitigation plans. 5. The existing drainage patterns at the property lines shall not be obstructed. 6. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of floodwaters from or to adjacent properties. 7. This permit becomes invalid and is subject to additional floodplain review, if any required development permit (s') changes the configuration of the structure and or site development. 8. This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with. Also, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Section. 9. Within 5 (five) days of issuance of this permit, through completion of the project, notification must be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place on the job site stating "Construction proceeding under requirements of City of Tucson Floodplain Use Permit No. T06OT00952. For information please call 791-5550."
