FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT IS DENIED

RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN, FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT APPLICATION


1. Add a general note to the site plan, sheet 1 stating the entire property is in FEMA Flood Hazard AO1 Flood Zone FIRM Panel #04019C 2226K. DS 2-02.2.1.A.15.

2. Show existing topographic contours at intervals not exceeding two (2) feet and/or spot elevations as pertinent and Bench Mark based on City of Tucson Datum, including City Field Book and page number. DS 2-02.2.1.A.23.

3. Add a general note to the site plan, sheet 1 stating the finish floor elevation of each home is required to be a minimum of 2' above the highest existing natural grade.

4. Indicate the datum used for the finish floor elevation.

5. Provide fill quantities in cubic yards on the site plan.

6. Sign the floodplain use permit application, the signature line is located in the back of the application. The applicant or the applicant's authorized representative can sign the application.

7. Be advised once construction is complete, a condition of this permit contains a requirement that the applicant, or the applicant's authorized representative, complete a FEMA Elevation Certificate and is returned to the Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering Division prior to approval of final inspection. The original elevation certificate must be returned to the DSD Engineering Division.
