1. Please change the #6 GNDs in the parallel conduit for the 400A feeder to #3. Reference NEC Table 250.122.
2. Provide fault current rating of existing fused disconnects, and AFC at those disconnects. If AFC exceeds rating provide new equipment. This may be addressed by adding a reference to these existing disconnects in the note instructing the contractor to verify AFC.
3. Provide locations for electrical loads on the load side of the existing feeders, and identify the nature of these loads (panels, motors?).
4. Provide fault current rating of such loads, and AFC. If any of these feeder loads are motor loads, disregard because the current limiting characteristics of the new breakers will provide the proper fault current attenuation. For any panels which have overcurrent protective devices manufactured before the early 1990s, disregard because they will take longer to open than the feeder CBs.
