1. Add Mechanical and work and Building to plans.
2. Add electrical loads for Ckts 13, 16, 17, 14, 16.
3. AC #1, 5 ton, has incorrect load information on panel schedule.
4. It appears that the distance to the service from the TEP transformer is 55', not 150'. Please rework fault calculations.
5. Demonstrate compliance with NEC 230.2, Number of Services. The exact footprint of the building served is not clear on the plans, but if this building has only AC equipment and maintenance receptacles, this would imply no interior lighting or general use receptacles. Document any and all existing services to this building, and clearly reference on the plans the portion of 230.2 which makes this Code-compliant.
6. Since the new AC equipment is intended to replace existing, clarify what is to be done with the existing circuitry.
