SCOPE OF ELECTRICAL REVIEW DOES NOT FIT INTO OVER-THE-COUNTER SERVICE. CORRECTIONS MAY OR MAY NOT BE EXECUTED O/C.

1. Have Permit Clerks add Mechanical, Building, and Plumbing to WorkFlow.
2. Need Plumbing Plans if the intent is to install a Water Heater.
3. Need Mechanical Plans if the intent is to install AC.
4. Ckt B-17,19 Shows as just a J-box on Electrical Plan. On the panel schedule, Ckts B-17 and B-19 are separate lighting circuits. Please clarify exactly what fixtures if any are to be powered from this circuit(s).
5. Please provide conductor size for Ckt B-13,15, B-10, A-19.
6. Ckt A-8 is WP GFI on Electrical Plan. Ckt A-6,8 is a 2-P ckt on panel schedule feeding Sub-Panel D. Please clarify.
7. Demonstrate compliance with the Tucson Lighting Code.
8. Specify that all branch circuits supplying dwelling unit outlets are AFCI protected. Reference NEC 210.12.
9. If Panels C and D and their electrical loads are intended for "Future", please indicate this on the plan views on Sheet E1.1 as well.
10. Load calculations for Panel B shall not include heating or AC loads before the demand factor is taken. Reference NEC 220.30. Note that the tally is incorrect in any case. It appears to be 18,081 VA, not 17,781 VA. Correct as necessary.
11. The method used for load calculations on Panel B may only be used in the case where the dwelling unit's total connected load is served by a single set of service or feeder conductors. Since the Range, Water Heater, and AC are on Panel A, this method can not be used unless these circuits are reconfigured. Reference NEC 220.30 (A).
12. Same as Comment #11 above for Panel A.
13. Indicate TEP available fault current at the service.
14. Provide fault calculations for all new electrical equipment.
15. Indicate whether panels are MCB or MLO.
16. Address overcurrent protection for Panel B.
