The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time. 2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. The tentative plat/development plan needs to be stamped as a site plan. This can be done as a walk through. Once the site plan has been approved include two (2) copies of the approved site plan with your next building plan submittal. 3. Provide a dimension from the proposed buildings to the back of curb along Avienda Valiente on the partial site plan. 4. Zoning is willing to do an over the counter review once the tentative plat/development has been stamped as a site plan. 5. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan.
