Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. The development plan is currently under review. Once the development plan has been approved it must be approved as a site. Submit two copies of the approved development plan for a site plan review, (walk through). Submit two copies of the approved site plan, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal. 3. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 4. An over the counter review may be used to complete the site review for zoning.
