This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. Zoning was unable to approve the site plan as submitted due to issues with the solid waste enclosure. Contact Andy Vera, City of Tucson Environmental Services, 791-5543 ext. 1212. Once the issues with solid waste are corrected Zoning will be able to approve the site plan. 3. In regards to the pedestrian access easement along 18th, per our conversation the certificate of occupancy will not be issued for the proposed building until a revised site plan showing the pedestrian access easement along with the recordation information, docket and page, has been approved by The City of Tucson.
