A) The Zoning Administrator has determined the loading zone for building 8 may be located on the adjacent lot near existing buildings 2 and 3, providing the cross access agreement is amended to include loading zone use.

2. Per DS 2-02.2.1.20, I see easements noted on sheet A.1.2. (contact me once easement is abandoned)
Please ensure that all easements, even those to be abandoned, are graphically depicted on the plan, with their docket, page of recordation and type. For those easements that are to be abandoned, please provide additional note that they are abandoned, and list their docket and page of recordation.
