COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. DS 2-02.2.1.9 On detail 5 of SP-1 clearly indicate the location of the bicycle racks on the overhead view. Use a heavier line weigh for the overhead view. Clearly indicate the width of the bicycle parking area and the space between racks. See DS 2-09.5.1 and Figure 9 for bicycle parking space dimensions.

2. DS 2-02.2.1.12 The pedestrian refuge areas have been clearly indicated. Provide the location and widths of all sidewalks along the north, south and west sides of the proposed building. If the pedestrian refuge areas indicated are also the width of the sidewalks clearly indicate such.

On detail 8 of SP-1 remove the note stating "top of sign +5'-6". Per City of Tucson standards the minimum required distance from grade to the bottom of the handicap sign is seven (7) feet.

3. DS 2-02.2.1.31 The proposed use for this project should be listed as "General Merchandise Sales "28" subject to: 3.5.9.2.c". Revise Code Review note.

4. DS 2-02.2.2.A.3 The lot coverage percentage provided is not required. Remove note.

5. On detail 6 of SP-1, remove the handicap parking space, access aisle and handicap ramp on the right side of the detail. This portion of the detail is not used on this site and the handicap ramp is shown incorrect.

6. The above changes are minor in nature and can be reviewed over the counter by setting an appointment with me.
