1. The existing unknown lighting fixtures need to be accounted for on the plans. If the existing site lighting is being modified less than 10%, Section 8.1.5 of the Tucson Lighting Code allows the schedule to be waived in lieu of a statement documenting such by the Registrant. This may be helpful if the site fits these criteria.
2. Please note that if all lighting is full-cutoff, it is permissible to utilize Option 2 on Table 5.1.
3. Please eliminate the redundant ground between the service disconnect and the utility transformer.
4. Please note that Tucson Electric Power Company does not typically provide a 208V, single phase service. Suggest a check with the Developer for this area if this has not already been done.
12/20/2006 PETER MCLAUGHLIN PLANNING-CITY HALL REVIEW Denied Special Exception condition #3 for case SE-06-38 specifies that the maximum pole diameter shall be 18 inches. The maximum pole diameter on the drawings and details scales to almost two (2) feet (twenty-four inches). Revise plans to demonstrate compliance by adding a note to the plans stating that the maximum pole diameter shall be 18 inches, and revise dimensions of the "monopalm" in all drawings/details accordingly.
