The revision has been denied for the following reasons,reply to each item individually and address how each was resolved.

1.The electrical sheet is missing in one set of plans.

2.Item #6 poses a problem, the system voltage at the main service appears to be a 120/240volt 3-phase Delta system with a high leg of 208 volts.As per the following sections in the 2005 NEC the high leg is required to be identified ( orange ),110-15,230-56,4087.3,409.102. This high leg phase is required to be on the B phase per the NEC< and on the C phase per the utility.Panel should not have the high leg in it due to the fact that it will give 208 volts to neutral on any 120 volt circuit.Will you please clarify this on the plan.
