IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Water Heater is 120V on approved Plumbing MP-1. Water Heater is 4.8 kW 240VAC on Sheet C-1. Water Heater is provided with 208V on Panel Schedule L on the Electrical plan, that being Sheet E-1. Catalogue cut sheet for Water Heater has the SP48 model indicated, which operates at 240V according to this manufacturer. Next catalogue cut sheet calls for the 208v 4.1 kW model. Coordinate among disciplines and clarify. THIS ITEM WAS ON THE LIST OF REVIEW COMMENTS FOR THE REVIEWS OF 2/13/08, 4/25/08, 7/1/08, AND 7/24/08. NOT RESOLVED PER BOB SHERRY, PLUMBING PLANS EXAMINER.
2. Provide location on plans for Walk-in Fan and Walk-In Cooler. PREVIOUSLY NOTED. EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED SINCE M/P APPROVAL. PLEASE PROPERLY COORDINATE ALL THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING.
3. EC-1 cancelled by Owner according to load calculations. However, this equipment is still called for on Sheet MP-1 Equipment Schedule and on the electrical line diagram. Please clarify. THIS COMMENT WAS MADE PREVIOUSLY.
4. Sheet MP-1 Equipment Schedule calls for EC-1, EF-1, CU-1, and C-1. Provide electrical circuits, and use the same equipment designations. PREVIOUS COMMENT. Indicate panel and circuit number for C-1. PLEASE COMPLY.
5. Provide load calculations for Panel L. Separate load calculations for the electrical service. PREVIOUS COMMENT. Load calculations performed on a 3-phase basis. Panel and other electrical loads set up on a single-phase basis. Clarify. WE MADE THIS COMMENT BEFORE.
6. Panel L is set up as a single phase panel. At 120/208V, per the schedule itself, this would be a three phase panel. PREVIOUS COMMENT.
7. Provide a disconnecting means for CRF-1. Reference NEC 430 Part IX.
8. Add the following to Load Calculations: Outside cold Box, Walk-In Fan, Water Heater, Walk-In Cooler, cold Room Fan, and all else which may apply. PREVIOUS COMMENT.
9. Document location of TEP transformer on scaled drawing. PREVIOUS COMMENT.
10. Fault calculations will be reviewed after 3-phase vs. single-phase service is clarified. PREVIOUS COMMENT.
11. Provide expiration date of Registrant's seal per the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration requirement dated March 8, 2008.
