2. Plumbing plans call for a 20A Water Heater. Electrical looks like 12.5A, but this is also not quite legible. Please clarify, and correct load calculations as necessary.
3. Check overcurrent protective device sizing for Water Heater per NEC 422.11.
4. Provide documentation that Water Heater is cord-connected, or provide local disconnect.
5. PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS.

Redraw as required to clearly show the revised conditions. The current registrant shall clearly indicate the extent of the design for which he is taking responsibility.
3. PVC piping is not approved for use inside of a building. Reference Section 604.1, UPC 2003.
4. Clarify the water distribution. Why are two cold water lines are serving the drinking fountain and only one to the service sink?
5. Coordinate the plumbing and electrical plans with regard to the tankless water heater.
