Put a plaque on the new panel which reads: "This panel powers only exterior loads." 3. Service load calculations shall meet the requirements of NEC Article 220. No reference to 15VA/SF in such article. 4. For series ratings we require that line side and load side overcurrent protective devices be specified. The ratings as described in the subject project imply a three-tiered system, not available commercially. In any case, it appears that the available fault current is less than 10,000A at the new panel. If you provide the fault calculations to demonstrate this, you could same your client considerable expense. |
