The following review comment is based on a building plan review. It is acknowledged the site plan that was approved by the Fire and Engineering review sections was submitted. However the approved site plan must be stamped approved by Fire, Zoning and Engineering sections. Currently Zoning has not approved the site plan. Once Zoning approves the site plan, that site plan must be resigned by Fire and Engineering. Once this process is complete the building plan can be approved by the Zoning and Engineering review sections. This process can be completed over the counter. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time. 2. The submitted site plan states "FRONTAGE YARD = WALL HGT 'H' = 16'-8" x 1.5 = 25'-0" REQUIRED. Based on the provided East Elevation the building, the height of the building wall is 17'-6", this wall height requires a 26'-4" setback. The building height is measured from design grade to top of parapet. 3. Zoning acknowledges that the site plan has been approved by Zoning, Engineering and Fire. The site plan has been stamped by Zoning and requires re-stamps from Engineering and Fire. Once this process is complete in the above setback issue is resolved the building plan can be approved by the Zoning and Engineering review sections. 4.
