The partial site plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Zoning cannot verify that the submitted partial site plan matches existing conditions or the approved and stamped site plan on file. Please attach a copy of the most recently approved and stamped site plan along with any landscaping plan sheets. Additional comments may be forthcoming. 3. The re-striping of the handicapped parking areas do not work as designed. The walkways have been placed behind the parking spaces. This is uacceptable and unsafe. Demonstrate the accessible route to the building from the handicapped parking spaces. 4. Demonstrate the maneuvering area into and out of the loading space. It appears by the location of the loading space that a portion of the parking spaces next to the loading space will affect the access to the loading space. Please demonstrate maneuverability into the space or relocate the loading space as required to comply with location and access. |
