The site is comprised of 4 separate lots per the COT map system. A lot combination covenant must be recorded to ensure the site functions as one (parking, etc.) should the lots be sold off. See attached, include recordation and notarized copy on resubmittal. RESPONSE: The information appears to be the legal descriptions-all lots now configured were result of splits off same original platted lot. A lot combination covenant must be recorded to ensure overall site will still function as one should owner changes occur. Note lot combo covenant is in process, leave a space for docket/page of recordation. 2. Per DS 2-02.2.18, with regards to parking: RESPONSE: provided list of variances and an email from staff. Please attach both to plan for microfilming with this project. 3. Per DS 2-02.2.1.9, Please provide note on plans and a typical bicycle parking detail showing the racks. Note that DS 2-09 is the reference section (see internet for updates at www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd) for bicycle parking design and location. RESPONSE: bicycle rack is no longer permitted per DS 2-09 changes. Please revise per DS 2-09. Also, bike parking must be located within 50' of the front entry to the building. 4. The plans must be stamped by Frank Podgorski from the 2nd floor Historic Preservation Review division before zoning can approve the plans. Please have them stamped once the above are addressed. 5.
