Provide copies of the required Temporary Revocable Easement (TRE) for a use within the City of Tucson right of way. If the TRE has not been obtained contact the Real Estate division of the City of Tucson for information on how to obtain the proper documentation. 2. It appears the existing sidewalk is being widened further into the parcel. Provide documentation of the required pedestrian access easement over the parcel. 3. Provide asphalt paving, concrete, 2 shot chip and seal or at a minimum graveled driveway from the private street along the west side of the property for the access to the technician parking space and as a covering for the parking space.
