Per the Special Exception approval letter (SE06-26) section "a" a 5' screen wall is required to screen the proposed power and TEP cabinet from Houghton Rd. and Old Spanish Trail., A screen wall is a single panel not a full enclosure.(single panel facing Houghton and a single panel facing Old Spanish Trail) For further clarification contact Glenn Moyer
