TRANSMITTAL DATE: November 8, 2006

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with redlines and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Per the Williams Addition Planned Are Development, Section VI Development Areas, C. Development Area C, 3. Building Setback Requirements from Public Streets, a distance equal to 60 percent of the building height, but not less then 20 feet. The proposed covered parking is shown as 9'-0" to the right-of-way, this does not meet the minimum setback.

2. The proposed covered parking was not shown on the last approved Development Plan therefore a revised Development Plan is required. Contact Patricia Gehlen 791-5608 ext. 1179 for submittal requirements.
