Building Setback Requirements from Public Streets, a distance equal to 60 percent of the building height, but not less then 20 feet. The proposed covered parking is shown as 9'-0" to the right-of-way, this does not meet the minimum setback. 2. The proposed covered parking was not shown on the last approved Development Plan therefore a revised Development Plan is required.
