5. Coordinate the location of the floor drains shown on sheet P1.0 with the architectural drawings. Section 412.2.1, UPC 2003 requires the floor to be sloped towards the drain.
6. Provide the specifications for the proposed plumbing fixtures. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003.
7. Provide the data missing from the water calculations on sheet P1.0, e.g. static lift from the meter to the highest fixture, the developed length of piping from the meter to the furthest fixture, and the friction losses from the meter and backflow prevention assemblies at the estimated maximum demand.
8. Confirm that the proposed minimum static pressure for P-1 and P-2 is correct. Reference Section 310.4, UPC 2003.
9. The plumbing fixture schedule on sheet P1.0 appears to show the connection sizes for the water supply to the plumbing fixtures but size of the supply piping to the fixtures is not shown. Show the sizes of the branch pipes. Reference Section 103.2.3 and Appendix A, UPC 2003.
10. Provide a shut off valve for the building entrance. Reference Section 605.2, UPC 2003.
11. Specify the piping materials to be used within the comfort station. Reference Section 103.2.3, UPC 2003.

1. Please demonstrate compliance with the Tucson Lighting Code for all exterior lighting fixtures. It may be that the scope of the work is covered by 8.1.4, but documentation of such has to be on the plans.
2. Please size the BC and GND on the secondary of the 45 KVA X'FMR to #4. Reference NEC Table 250.66.
3. Conduit under Keynote 5 is run in a trench. OK for the run form the existing J-box to the New Switch. However, according to the Power Plan the run from this Switch to the New X'FMR would be run inside the building. Please clarify on One Line Diagram.
4. Circuit A-12 is used for an electrical load inside the comfort station. According to the panel schedule this circuit is for the Ramada light. Please clarify.
