COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings with redlines and a response letter, stating how Zoning Review Section comments for LUC & DS were addressed.

1. (Per last review) Per DS 2-02.2.1.7, for records/ inspections, list required/provided setbacks for this project. Staff verifies no setback issues present.

2. Per DS 2-02.2.1.8, with regards to parking:
A) increase TYPE size for $518.00 fine for illegal disabled parking for microfilming
B) Per IBC 1106.6, relocate disabled parking closer to public office entrance
C) clarify if access or curb is provided in south parking lot to prevent use of undeveloped adjacent lot or area that may not be subject to access easement

3. Per DS 2-02.1.1.12, per DS 2-08, due to re-design of the plan:
A) 5' wide pedestrian refuge area - striped - is permitted only in areas not generally accessed by public. Provide concrete sidewalk from office entry along front of building (west side) up to area where transitions to garages (see redlines)
B) Provide a ramp where transitioning from sidewalk to asphalt refuge area.
C) Provide truncated domes on ramps to signify change from pedestrian to vehicular area
D) Connect disabled pkg access aisle across parking lot to accessible route (see redlines)

4. Per DS 2-02.2.1.14, I acknowledge one loading zone required per 3.4.5.3 due to reduction in GFA. See engineering comments regarding maneuvering requirements.

5. Per DS 2-02.2.1.20, with regards to easements
A) List docket and page for access easement on adjacent parcel to west (response indicated a copy of it was provided in resubmittal, sorry -not found.
B) Delineate area of access easement on adjacent parcel to west (response not clear to width/length of easement-I see lines, however, there are other lines similar - please further clarify with distinct line and dimension).

2. Fully dimensioned loading space(s) and maneuvering area(s) per D.S. 2-02.2.1.14. DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.14: Provide (label and dimension) the required onsite maneuvering area for the loading zone that is shown adjacent to the proposed building. 3. Please provide Drainage patterns and finished grades per D.S. 2-02.2.1.16. Drainage patterns and finished grades appear to be located on the grading plan. See D.S. 3-05.2.1.C.1 for traffic aisles. Also clarify if access easement will allow adequate spacing for solid waste vehicle.

8. Please show a typical cross section of the P.A.A.L. or call out the percentage of slopes. Call out the GB at the D/W, if applicable. Indicate slopes in all directions - add note to site plan to refer to grading plan for slopes.

9. If the curb cut just west of the subject property is not being used for access it must be indicated on the plans as being closed. If remaining open clearly indicate on site plan.

10. Corrections are portrayed with a bubble and leader with #1 enclosed by a triangle. Please remove triangles and bubbles and just show correction. Corrections to be submitted in this manner only when modifications are being made to the approved set of plans.
