This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.), Land Use Code (LUC) & ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 2. This comment was not addressed. An approved site plan showing all items noted on the attached aerial photo must be provided or apply for permits for these structures. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan. 3. This comment was not fully addressed. See comment 2 above. Provide documentation to show that all existing structures on the site were permitted. See attached aerial photos. This includes the porch additions and freestanding structures. 4. The "EXISTING CAR SHADE CANOPY" does not appear to be shown as it appears on the aerial photos. Per the site plan it appears to be 12' x 30' and the setback from the west property line is shown as 6'-0". Based on the aerial photo it appears to be 18' x 30' and the setback from the west property line appears to be 3'-0". Clarify. This car shade is shown as "EXISTING CANOPY TO BE REMOVED" and a setback wavier is shown on the plan, clarify if the canopy is to be removed on not. 5.
