This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.), Land Use Code (LUC) & ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 2. Provide a copy of the last approved site plan. 3. Provide documentation to show that all existing structures on the site were permitted. See attached aerial photos. This includes the porch additions and freestanding structures. 4. The provided site plan does not match attached aerial. Provide documentation to clarify what is currently on the site. 5. Per the attached 2005 aerial the two (2) structures along the west property line do not meet the minimum setback of six (6) feet or 2/3 the building wall height which ever is greatest.
