The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until it has been approved by the Engineering, Section and until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. It appears that the building height exceeds the maximum allowed building height of 55 feet based on the Median Sea Level (MSL). Per LUC Sec. 2.8.5.11.1.a the MSL elevation at the NE end of runway 21 is 2,567. The proposed building height of 46'-8" as measured per LUC Sec. 3.2.7. and the finished floor elevation of 2594.5, the proposed height based on MSL would be 2641.1 or 74.1 feet above the MSL at the end of runway 21, this exceeds the maximum of 55' by 19.1 feet. 3. Revisions to the development plan may be required due to the requirements for the height of the building within the AEZ. Contact Patricia Gehlen @837-4919. 3.
