The Site Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please include a response letter to the comments below along with the corrected copies of the Site Plan with your next submittal.

Site Plan:
1. The dimension of sidewalks in the right-of-way is a minimum 5'. Please correct the Site Plan to reflect this.
2. A curb access ramp is required at the spot where the handicap-loading zone meets the curb, consistent with Standard Detail No. 207.
3. The provided curb access ramp at the corner of 4th St. and 9th Ave. cannot tie-in to the brick-paver sidewalk as shown. There is a ramp curb as shown on Standard Detail No. 207 (called out) that prevents this tie-in from providing unobstructed access. Either tie-in the sidewalk at a different spot(s) or submit a Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) for the plan as shown.
