5. Provide additional information to show how the new shower pans comply with the construction and installation requirements of section 412.0, UPC 2003.

8. The listing information for the specified grease trap shows that it has been designed for a 3" inlet and outlet. Revise the pipe sizes as required. Reference Section 311.5, UPC 2003.
9. Riser diagram 6/P2.4 appears to show the flow control device for the grease trap installed below the floor. The flow control device for a grease trap must be installed in a location that is readily accessible and visible. Refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions.
