Zoning has reviewed the building plans and site plan but cannot approve them at this time until the plans have been revised to correctly show the storage shed and porch as depicted on the previous plans. If the the rear porch as been removed as indicated on the reference set please provide a photo with the next submittal of the plans for review. If the porch remains as depicte4d please draw the porch on the plan and add the appropriate notes. The reference plans depict a storage shed along one of the side yards and was not shown on the revised plan. The revision or changes are minor and Zoning is willing to review and approve the plans over the counter once the revisions are made. Please call Michael St Paul or me and make an appointment before coming in. |
