TRANSMITTAL DATE: April 4, 2007

1. The building plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan at this time.

2. Zoning could not verify that the building plan was in compliance with the approved site plan. The tentative plat/development plan has been revised and is currently under review. The revised tentative plat/development plan, once approved, must be approved as a site plan. The review for a tentative plat/development plan to a site plan can be done as a walk through. Once the site plan has been approved include two (2) copies of the approved site plan with your next building plan submittal. Please submit two copies of the approved and stamped site, landscape, and NPPO plans with the next building plan submittal.

3. Due to the rezoning the site plan and building plans cannot be approved until 30 days following the approval of the final plat.

4. Zoning will re-review the building plan on the next submittal to insure compliance with the approved and stamped site plan. Additional comments may be forthcoming.
