For stucco systems over wood-frame construction with a slab-on-grade, provide a detail showing the required separation between the weep screed and the surface below (min. 4" above the earth and min. 2" above paved areas). Ref. IRC Section R703.2.1.
Indicate ceiling finish materials at patios/ porches.
Note weights of all plies and coating of all built-up roofing. Ref. IRC Section R905.9.
Detail, note and size all roof scuppers. Ref. IRC Section R903.4. Place flow line at top of roof covering so that water does not back up on roof.
Provide attic ventilation calculations for all concealed attic spaces; include required and provided net free ventilation area. Also, indicate the type and location of attic ventilation and net free area provided by each vent type. Provide the following note, if applicable: “Where eave or cornice vents are installed insulation shall not block the free flow of air. A minimum of 1 inch space shall be provided between the insulation and roof sheathing at the location of the vent” (non-vented roof design may be used with a registrant’s seal or meeting the TEP guidelines as agreed by the Greater Tucson Jurisdictions). Ref. IRC Section R806. If using the TEP guidelines show outside air intake and cfm of Mechanical plans on the amount required by the TEP guideline.
Note and specify termite protection. Ref. IRC Section R320.1.

STRUCTURAL COMMENTS
Sheet 2
Foundation on plan is incomplete. Size/width and reinforcement of continuous footings are missing, spread footings are not dimensioned, foundation at Patio left of Master bedroom are not clear due to incomplete load path at roof framing. Recheck and complete. New comments may be generated at next resubmittal due to lack of structural design at this time.
Revise callout K/6 at spread footings as incorrect. Provide information on plans for typical column/stud size under all bearing beams/headers, or at jambs of garage openings.
Lateral review on hold as no engineering design, nor conventional lateral design have been submitted at this time. Please complete. Ref. IBC 1609, 1604.4, 1615.

Sheet 7
Complete roof framing plan. Specify size of interior bearing beams between Living room and Foyer/Media/Dining room, etc. See redlined marks on plan and update.
