The Site Plan cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Site Plan: 1. Please provide the sight visibility triangle (SVT) for the intersection of Tucson Blvd. and Parkway Terrace as shown by redline. 2. Please clarify why the near-side and far-side SVT on the drive are not measured from the same point. The near-side is measured from face-of-curb and the far-side is measure 9' from face-of-curb. 3. Curb access ramps are required at all points where a sidewalk intersects a curb (D.S. 3-01.3.3.C). Truncated domes are required on all curb access ramps where the interface of the pavement or vehicle use area and the pedestrian area do not have a vertical separation. The area where the truncated domes are required is 6 inches back from the interface, a minimum 2 feet deep and extending the width of the interface. Please see redline for specific locations. 4. Please provide the dimensions from the centerline of Tucson Blvd. to the edge of curb and the edge of sidewalk. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
