Copies of the plot plan and building plans were reviewed and Engineering recommends approval of this plot plan. CONDITIONS OF PLOT PLAN PERMIT: DS Sec.11-01.4.1.C: The following conditions will be added to the permit: 1) A copy of this plot plan with permit, and geotechnical reports shall be kept at the site at all times, until final approval. 2) Any revision to this plot plan may require a re-submittal of the revised plan for review. Contact Development Services Department (DSD) Engineering at 791-5550 to discuss changes in grading design. 3) If grading construction is expected to last longer than the expiration date on the permit, contact DSD to renew or extend the permit. If the final inspection has not been completed before the permit expires, and the permit has not been renewed, additional fees and reviews may be required. 2) Wall openings shall be provided to convey courtyard drainage, where gates with openings or other types of surface outlets are not provided. The wall openings shall be placed at low points as indicated on the approved grading plan T04BU02986, per plot plan flow arrows, or as described in notations on the plot plan. 3) All areas not covered by foundation or established vegetation shall be covered with permanent erosion control measures. 4) Daily sweeping of adjacent street area will be required for any soil or other debris from the construction of the project leaves the lot. 5) A local trash container may be required if debris is not adequately controlled. 6) Contact Permits and Codes (791-5100) for any right-of-way permit requirements. 7) Occupancy may not occur until streets are completed and DSD has received approval letters from Tucson Water and PCWW, and any adjacent improvements as listed in the assurances are completed and accepted by the City of Tucson.
