Provide a Response Letter, by the Registrant of Record, with the re-submittal addressing each comment listed in Structural Review.

S1. Show on Site Plan location of and fire-rating of Fire Walls per IBC Section 705 which establish separate buildings for the purpose of your allowable area calculation.
S2. Provide architectural site showing and annotating project property lines and imaginary property lines, locating new structure dimensionally from two adjacent property lines and from existing structure/s, identify existing and new structures on site by occupancy and type of construction, show existing or new fire walls including fire-rating, location and reason for firewall/s.
S3. This structure is an addition to the A-2 Occupancy, so revise Code Review Checklist to reflect an increase in the building area of the A-2 Occupancy, per 2003 IBC Section 502.1.
S4. Resolve / clarify prior permit :
1. T99EL03305 EXPIRED.

S5. Show where 20% of Project Cost is spent on accessibility, per IBC Section 3409.4, 3409.6 Exc #1.
S6. Provide complete specifications for materials of construction, connections and sizes on drawings:
1. Fabric.
2. Steel, truss members, columns .
3. Column baseplates.
4. Anchor bolts at column baseplates.
5. Column caps.
